Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Develop and monitor business plan goals and objectives for the Merchandise Division
Manage departmental hiring, development, and leadership
Partner with Corporate Merchandise Buyers team to ensure inventory management and brand integrity
Ensure Cedar Fair customer service standards are met
Ensure division is compliant with all laws and regulations
Develop and manage safety processes and policies
Create and improve a long-term vision for the division Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 5+ years of experience managing a multi-unit retail operation and games management
- Experience with warehouse/logistics preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
