We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Analyst at our Costa Mesa, CA office.-- Description: Duties involve processing complex calculations for various compensation plans to pay eligible employees commissions and/or incentives semi-monthly, monthly, quarterly or annually. This position interprets plan designs, programs the metrics to calculate commissions or incentives, administrates the review process and creates files to pay employees. ---Qualifications: BA or BS degree in Accounting or related field or 5-6 years of comparable experience.
