Services is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Personal Loans
Marketplace to manage the delivery and growth of the Personal Loans
lead-generation vertical.The position will report to the Vice
President of Product - Direct to Consumer MarketplaceExperian
Consumer Services has been redefining the consumer experience
related to credit access, financial well-being and safety. A market
leader in consumer credit reporting, we are seeking a talented
product manager who will continue to grow our Personal Loans
business. The position's responsibilities include:+ Own the
definition and execution of a consolidated Product Roadmap for the
personal loans marketplace vertical.+ Stay on top of the
competitive landscape, industry trends, partner capabilities, and
internal capabilities to develop a product strategy to match users
with the right financial products and leverages user data to drive
credit approvals and customer loyalty.+ Colloborate with business
leaders and product peers to ideate, define, and prioritise
differentiated features for our marketplace.+ Ability to execute on
a multi-year product roadmap that realizes the product vision and
strategy.+ Implement and enhance capabilities specific to the
Experian marketplace to ensure a seamless customer experience
within the larger Experian.com and Experian mobile app product that
extends our customer's personal finance journey from credit
monitoring and protection to obtaining credit to saving money on
existing expenses and debt.+ Manage the full lifecycle of product
development from market requirements to product release, including
but not limited to: concept, consumer research, scope,
specification, design, prioritization, implementation, business
acceptance testing, deployment, go-to-market, user
experience/funnel optimization, maintenance, and analytics.+
Directly work with and manage our internal engineering team and
external partners to scope, phase, and integrate features to our
requirements and act as main product point of contact for
implementation.+ Ensure that our marketplace experience is
regulatory and partner-compliant, and engage Legal, Compliance, and
InfoSec in the definition of business standards for each new
innovative solution.+ Work closely with Technology teams to
determine plans for product implementation and deployments with
business partners. + Own the product delivery process from the
product management view. Partner closely with other Product
Managers, User Experience, Project Managers, Engineering, and 3rd
party partners to execute on all stages of the product development
lifecycle process to ensure that the specified product,
enhancement, or functionality is released on time, with quality. +
Set operational standards, processes, and procedures for the
ongoing operation of products in conjunction with the relevant
operation teams.+ Partner with Marketing to drive go-to-market
strategies to acquire users with a saving money or personal loan
intent and convert current members into personal loan approvals.+
Define, implement, and analyze metrics for the success of product
features and capabilities - metrics that connect to business
outcomes and internal delivery efficiencies - to optimize and
improve the product and time-to-market, based on data and
insights.+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Marketing, or
a technical field preferred.+ 5+ years of relevant product
management experience in software, preferably with some experience
bringing customer-facing financial products from concept to market
with a financial institution, comparison site/marketplace, service
provider or retailer.+ Ideal candidate will have 3+ years
experience in managing, operating and/or launching comparison
marketplaces for credit and financial products and services (e.g.
credit cards, personal loans, mortgage, deposit accounts).+ Must
have significant experience with key product management functions,
including writing requirements/user stories, creating
mocks/wireframes, product planning, A/B/multivariate testing and
reporting for large scale, innovative consumer-facing applications
in the financial product comparison marketplace space.+ Track
record in successfully defining and developing products to meet
customer jobs to be done from inception to launch.+ Must possess
strong business acumen and ability to make wise decisions based on
data, logic, strategy, situational factors such as politics,
timing, emotions, etc.+ Strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to build consensus across various groups and levels to
drive results. + Hands on experience in Agile and/or Lean
development and methodology.+ Strong collaboration and influencing
skills. Able to manage multiple relationships across business and
technical teams, inside and outside of the organization.+ Hands on
leader and goal-oriented independent thinker with strong attention
to detail, analytical focus, and problem-solving skills who can be
highly productive both as an individual or as part of a team.+
Effective interpersonal and presentation skills.+ Key qualitative

communications; inspires and works well with others; goes the extra

boundaries; organizational skills; and ability to
