Job Description Crew Builders, Inc.is seeking a full-time Billing Coordinator for our Orange County office. This individual will work directly under the Project Accountants as well as work closely with all members of the project team (Project Managers, Engineers, Superintendents and Field Office Coordinators) and be responsible for the day to day billing of specific projects. Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to, the following: Prepare and send out Owner/Client contracts for execution AIA Review client contracts and set up accordingly in system Insurance Owner/prelim info Contract type Manage subcontractor billings and compliance Organizing and tracking lien waivers Knowledge of and familiarity with California Lien Laws, forms, and requirements Organizing and tracking preliminary notices Provide documentation for and assist with project audits General admin duties - scanning, filing, copying Maintenance of electronic file structure Prepare and send out monthly progressive billings Monthly job cost analysis and reporting to management Ensure all project documents are documented and filed on a timely basis Provide administrative support and assist in the day-to-day operations of the Construction team. Purchase orders Qualifications We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.
