Description:Crowe LLP is seeking a manager to join our growing
transfer pricing practice. In this position, you will have an
opportunity to work on the full spectrum of transfer pricing
services, including transfer pricing documentation, planning,
operational transfer pricing, and audit defense and dispute
resolution. You will be working alongside an experienced,
multidisciplinary team of transfer pricing practitioners that seek
to partner with their clients to ensure transfer pricing compliance
but also help achieve their business and financial goals.You will
work with clients in a wide variety of industries, including but
not limited to, manufacturing and distribution, professional
services, software, life sciences, consumer markets, healthcare,
and financial services. As a manager at Crowe LLP, you will
interface directly with your clients, supervise and train junior
personnel, and have ownership of your own projects from start to
finish.Responsibilities:
- Manage and deliver transfer pricing services to clients across
industries;
- Work with senior team members and tax colleagues to develop
financial and economic strategies to solve complex technical
challenges;
- Lead, supervise, and train junior personnel, including managing
team workloads, providing feedback, and creating a positive work
environment;
- Interface with client's senior personnel and develop
relationships with external clients;
- Seek opportunities to develop technical and personal
development skills;
- Maintain knowledge of current developments in international tax
and transfer pricing matters; and
- Participate in business development activities to identify and
research opportunities for clients and prospects.Qualifications:
- Minimum of four years of experience in a transfer pricing
consulting role;
- Comprehensive transfer pricing technical skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Demonstrate strong project and team leadership skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and
familiarity with transfer pricing databases and tools;
- Entrepreneurial and business development mindset; and

qualifications:All of the following:
- A Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, statistics,
quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting,
and
- Certified Financial Analyst designation, American Society of
Appraiser's Business Valuation Certification, Certified Public
Accountant license, or Certified Management Accountant designation,
and
- Four years of experience working full time in a professional
role within a transfer pricing group providing transfer pricing
services.ORAll of the following:
- A Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics,
quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting;
- A Transfer Pricing certification from the Chartered Institute
of Taxation's Advanced Degree in International Taxation (can be
earned within the first year of employment); and
- Four years of experience working full time in a transfer
pricing consulting group.ORAll of the following:
- A Master's degree in economics, finance, statistics,
quantitative analysis, international business, or accounting;
- An Enrolled Agent designation; and
- Four years of experience working full time in a transfer
pricing consulting group.ORAll of the following:
- PhD degree in economics, finance, statistics, quantitative
analysis, international business, or accounting, or other related
major, or
- Attorney with JD or JD/LLM (Passed Bar Exam and maintains
active license); and
- Three years of experience working full time in a transfer
pricing consulting group.The wage range for this role takes into
account the wide range of factors that are considered in making
compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets;
experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other
business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has
not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential
associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or
near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions
are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A
reasonable estimate of the current range is $107,750 to
