Interim Senior Accountant - 6+ months

We have partnered with a well-established firm in Orange County that is seeking an Interim Senior Accountant for a 6+ month engagement. This candidate will serve a crucial role in the Accounting Department and will assist the team with month-end close responsibilities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist with month-end close and audit requests

- Prepare and review journal entries

- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances

- Prepare schedules and assist with special projects as requested

Qualifications:

- Bachelor' s degree in Accounting

- 4+ years of accounting experience

- Strong communication skills

- Organized and analytical

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (Pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formulas, etc.)
