Title: Epic Resolute Professional Billing TrainerReq #: 21205709Location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626Duration: 13 weeks+Shift Hours: M-F, (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM but can be flexible if needed) 1-2 Saturdays expected but will be planned in advance.DUTIES:This Trainer is primarily responsible for training Professional Billers and documenting processes and tip sheets for the purpose of promoting adoption of Epic Resolute Billing.Responsibilities include Resolute PB end user training. actively engaging staff to answer questions, documenting training processes, system demonstrations, conduct in services on workqueues, resolving tickets/work orders, and providing general IT support as needed. The Trainer will be responsible for making sure the IT Manager is informed of issues, reporting issues to the Service Desk, and providing through documentation on a weekly basis using tools provided.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Experience training or using Epic Professional Billing, classroom training experienceSKILLS:Preferred - Certified or Credentialed in Resolute Professional BillingMUST have experience as a Resolute Professional Billing TrainerPDN-99091338-77f4-4e01-92d3-abf357b61375
