Contracts Administrator- Funding Department
Seeking a candidate with 2-5 years of contract or lease
administrative experience for one of the fastest growing companies
in Orange County! Come be part of a team-oriented environment with
a company that fosters internal growth. Qualified candidates will
have strong customer service skills, knowledge of UCC filing
software is a plus, and Bachelor?s Degree preferred (business,
finance, or other related field). Must be a highly motivated
individual, who takes initiative and is a self-starter with strong
organizational skills with attention to detail.
?Prepare Term Sheets and Multi-Fund Spreadsheets outlining the
specifics of the transaction to be discounted.
?Verify all pertinent information
?Coordinate with Treasury to confirm all vendors have been paid
?Prepare UCC filings forward filed copies to lender(s)
?Prepare CNB Bank release letter to enclose with the transaction
?Review and print out closing documents, obtaining required
?Organize complete funding package, scan and save
?Completing the transaction by sending the billing instructions to
the Accounting Dept
?Filed fully executed documents
?Work with the Lease Specialist group to obtain CNB packages the
day prior to the advance. Audit files for accuracy
?Update the borrowing base spreadsheet by adding the files for this
advance and taking off any deals that were funded between advances.
Delete any partial to full schedules being placed on the line
?Update and prepare the proper documentation to go to the bank,
obtain proper signature.
?Scan full package and email to the bank for them to process the
