Job DescriptionULTRA/MINT MOBILE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMWe're looking for an awesome Brand Marketing Intern to join the Marketing Team in Costa Mesa, CA! Individual reports to the Brand Manager. Role is hybrid. This exciting opportunity is a paid 3 months internship for 40 hours per week, working with the Ultra brand. This internship will have a possible opportunity to convert to full-time post internship pending on business needs. Ideal candidate would be currently pursuing, or have recently completed within prior year of an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related field.Must be local in Southern California: Orange County, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, North San Diego, commutable to Costa Mesa, CA HQ office as needed.     • Creative Project Management:
      • Submit creative requests for marketing assets.
      • Collect timely approvals and aggregate cross-functional creative feedback and communicate to Creative.
      • Support Brand Team initiatives by establishing and managing timelines, monitoring and communicating progress, and delivering assets.
      • Help document projects, promotions, and processes in our main repositories, Confluence, and Google Drive.
      • Participate in and contribute to brainstorming, marketing briefs, and creative reviews.
      • Assist with ad-hoc projects to support Ecommerce, Retention, Digital Media, Social, and cross-functional departments such as Development, Engineering, and Product.
      • Attend Cross-Functional Meetings, take notes, and communicate action items.Learn
        • Fundamentals of Brand and Marketing strategies and tactics.
        • Marketing basics for various channels.
        • The intricacies of working in a technology-focused company.
        • Marketing operations and project management and ownership.

          • You are enthusiastic, creative, analytical, collaborative and goal-driven. You seek an opportunity to expand your skills and experiences in marketing, communications, and consumer insights in the telecom industry.
          • You have the ability to compile and create reports on industry and competitive data in support of brand strategy, planning, and management.
          • You display strong teamwork, analytical skills, problem-solving and a solutions-oriented mindset.
          • You are a self-starter that proactively seeks information, is well-organized, able to work independently, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
          • You are highly proficient with using Google Suite and Microsoft programs.MUST HAVES
            • Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a closely related field.
            • Previous experience in brand marketing or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, digital marketing, or marketing implementation is strongly preferred.COMPANY PERKS
