Here's what we look for in a Amazon expert: Marketing Agency experience 5 years Amazon Ads / Amazon DSP Experience Selling Amazon in an agency setting Experience Agency direct team management experience Familiar with Walmart Ads Proven track record of success with multiple amazon advertising clients. Here's what you'll be doing: Build training around strategies and best practices for Amazon advertising clients then continue to update those best practices. Create sales training / strategies for agency to win client amazon business and constantly improve those chances of winning. Build a team of amazon strategist to execute client work Oversee successful execution of amazon strategies by your team. Improve workflow processes for your team to increase their productivity and effectiveness. Work with stakeholders in the company to improve synergies with other marketing departments.
