DIRECTOR, MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS (HOSPITALITY)Costa Mesa, CANestled in the charming town of Yountville in the renowned Napa Valley wine region, The Estate is a luxe, new lifestyle destination set on a lush and alluring 22-acre village-within-a-village. The first of its kind, The Estate has redesigned Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner accentuated by two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities - the good and oh-so-social Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary.The Estate Yountville is currently seeking a Director, Marketing & Communications to join our team in Orange County, CA. This role will be responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of all of the Firm's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and embed our brand through an integrated marketing program including account-based marketing, public relations, digital engagement, advertising, social media, content development including video production and events with measurable return on investment, leveraging analytics and research to generate business insights.
  • Provide detailed analysis to the executive team in relation to reach, impact, and engagement of the program.
  • Plan and execute print/web/online collateral and marketing strategies.
  • Create and execute a strategic and comprehensive advertising and public relations plan, including media planning as well as creative visuals.
  • Communicate with other managers/divisions to create and execute effective advertising and public relations plans.
  • Plan and execute press releases, press conferences, press briefings, press tours, and overall press relations.
  • Identify and negotiate key opportunities for sponsorship and events. Manage sponsorship to leverage maximum promotion opportunity.
  • Lead advocacy and industry engagement - to devise strategies, identify opportunities and develop associated communications to nurture relationships with customers, potential customers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage financial budget, monitor, and report on impact and results of investment.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
    • Minimum of seven to ten (7-10) years of experience in branding, public relations, and communications.
    • Luxury hospitality experience required.
