Description: Job Summary SVN Core 3 is seeking a skilled and
detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our growing team.

energy to the workplace. Requirements: Key Responsibilities *
Execute daily work orders generated by tenant requests and Property
Managers ranging from minor repairs to routine preventative
maintenance. * Perform skilled repairs in areas such as plumbing,
electrical, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair, and general HVAC
maintenance * Liaise with tenants regarding work order status,
scheduling, and resolution with a high level of professionalism. *
Assist in identifying preventative maintenance opportunities *
Ensure all work is completed to company quality standards and
within required timelines * Accurately log work hours, materials,
and completion notes daily via a company-provided mobile device. *
Participate in a rotating after-hours on-call schedule
Qualifications * Experience: At least 3 years of professional
maintenance experience preferred. * Technical Skills: Proficiency
in general building repairs; * Requirements: Must possess a valid
driver's license, Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical
maintenance tasks * Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills and
the ability to work independently in a fast-paced commercial
environment. Compensation & Benefits * Competitive Pay: $24.00 -
$26.00 per hour. * Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
