Graphic Designer
Costa Mesa, CA Boardwalk Investments Group, LLC ("Boardwalk") is a privately held commercial real estate investment company. Headquartered in Costa Mesa, California, the Firm currently manages a commercial real estate portfolio comprised of retail, mixed-use, office and multifamily assets located primarily in Orange County, California. Since 2012, Boardwalk's investment strategy is to actively acquire, stabilize, and manage commercial real estate located in core, coastal markets in California. Boardwalk is currently seeking a Graphic Designer, to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. This candidate will have the knowledge and success as it pertains to graphic design, branding, illustration, and web design. As a key member of the marketing team, this role will provide graphic design and asset management support across the company. Core responsibilities will be traditional and digital collateral creation for the company and its subsidiary brands. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, advertisements, and multimedia design
• Design a wide variety of collateral, including brochures, trade ads, signage, digital and print communications, web page layouts, presentation decks, and social media content
• Contribute to creative concepts and campaigns, including ideating and collaborating on concepts internally and with third-party vendors
• Collaborate with leadership to plan, analyze, organize, and execute assigned projects
• Execute the organization and archiving of existing corporate artwork and electronic photography for retrieval upon request
• Complete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with a particular focus on brand awareness
• Work with team members to define budget and size constraints
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are scaled correctly, visually appealing and on-brand
• Receive direction and present proposed design solutions while meeting deadlines on a variety of projects simultaneously
• Comply with corporate standards/brand guidelines on all projects.
  
  REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design/Visual Communications or comparable degree
  • Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Five (5) years of experience, demonstrating a strong portfolio that displays talents and experience
  • Strong creative process, with the ability to take a concept from beginning stages to final design
  • A great eye for visual composition and attention to detail
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Video editing/animation/website design experience is a plus
