Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
opportunity is available for a qualified Listening and Spoken
Language Specialist Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist (LSLS Cert.
AVT) in Riverside, CA. This contract position involves working
onsite in an educational setting to provide specialized assessment
and ongoing therapy services. Responsibilities: Conduct
comprehensive assessments for Auditory Verbal Therapy (AVT) to
evaluate student needs. Determine the necessity of continued AVT
services based on assessment outcomes. Provide AVT sessions once a
month, each lasting approximately 60 minutes. Collaborate with
school staff to support student communication goals. Maintain
compliance with professional licensure and certification
requirements. Qualifications: Hold a current LSLS Certification
(Certified Auditory-Verbal Therapist). Possess state licensure as a
Speech-Language Pathologist, Audiologist, or Teacher of the Deaf
and Hard of Hearing (TDHH). Demonstrated experience in
auditory-verbal therapy within school settings. Strong assessment
and intervention skills tailored to auditory-verbal development.
Ability to work onsite and engage effectively with students and
educators. Location: Position is based onsite in Riverside,
