Our mission is to provide premium, innovative live experiences for our clients and their patrons.is looking for a Senior Data Engineer passionate about building engaging products for our fans. The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to help design and construct our next-generation data platform and eco-system. This engineer will build and deliver high-quality data architecture and pipelines to support real-time data integration and reporting needs. Specifically, the engineer will design real-time data pipelines, and build streaming/batch data integrations along with producing reports and dashboards. Essential Job Functions: Must be able to interface with all levels of employees Must be able to work independently and in an agile team environment Must be articulate and communicate effectively, both in written and oral formats Must be capable of troubleshooting and have problem-solving skills Must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Must be able to maintain schedules and deadlines Requirements: Technologies and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science (or equivalent) is required At least seven (7) years of data engineering or business intelligence development experience is required Must have experience building data pipeline to BigQuery or Kafka message broker Proficiency in DDL, DML, SQL Strong experience with data integrations (streaming/batch, ELT/ETL) Experience working in cloud-based data warehouse environments Experience building reports, dashboards, and visualizations Working knowledge of data modeling concepts Strong working knowledge of Agile process and methodology Key technical domains: Cloud-based data warehouse like Google BigQuery (preferred) or Snowflake Change data capture streaming platform like Striim (preferred), Equalum, or Google Datastream Message broker platform like Kafka (preferred) or Google Pub/Sub Workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow (preferred) or Google Composer Enterprise-grade reporting tools like Google Looker (preferred) or Tableau Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar RDBMS We offer an Outstanding Benefits Package that includes: Medical Dental Vision STD & LTD 401K Retirement Plan Basic Life & AD&D Supplemental Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO, STO, Holidays including Year-End Holiday Break) HSA & FSA Legal Plan Pet Insurance Tuition Reimbursement MLB Tickets is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
