Connect Lean principles and strategy to execution and results –
mature Seek, Speak, Listen and closed loop for continuous
improvement Lead and develop Lean strategies for Huntsville Site to
include all facets/ functions of business Develop and deploy
systematic approach to capture and replicate innovations and
improvement best practices Represent Lean / continuous improvement
function in program reviews and strategic planning Operationalize
data analytics into daily Lean practice and priorities Instructs
others in continuous improvement tools and principles Develops and
updates instructional materials Seeks out new tools and techniques.
Tailors message to specific audience level Guides the effective
application and integration of LEAN implementation Leads and
facilitates complex and high visibility process improvement efforts
Develops an integrated strategy and assists with its strategic
deployment Applies and integrates improvement processes and tools
across Huntsville Site Leads the development of new improvement
tools. Benchmarks best practices Assesses business capability and
capacity Represents the LEAN improvements function in program
reviews Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5 years
of experience implementing Lean principles, to include identifying
opportunities and making recommendations for value stream
improvements that resulted in improved business position through
culture transformation 5 years of experience in Lean events, such
as Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW) or Value Steam Mapping
(VSM) or have you completed a Lean class 5 years of experience
leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional
teams on projects, transitions, or initiatives Preferred
Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree or
higher or equivalent work or military experience Knowledge and
application of the Boeing Production System (BPS) Previous
experience with business case development, stakeholder alignment,
benefits capture, and continuous improvements Conflict of Interest:
