Job Description:
A lawn maintenance and outdoor services marketplace is in need
of a Telecommute Customer Operations Director. Candidates will be
responsible for the following:Creating strategy and managing the
day-to-day operations of a contact centerProviding mentoring and
coaching to managersUtilizing quantitative and qualitative data to
inform strategyRequired Skills: 5+ years of experience in leading
high-performing CX teamsThorough understanding of and belief in the
intrinsic value of providing exceptional customer
serviceProficiency with contact center technologiesStrong
collaboration, negotiation, and ability to drive consensusAble to
set a vision, execute on a strategy
