Job Description:

Program Manager - Occupancy Planner Space Planning / Occupancy Management

• Review and resolve planning forecast requirements, concerns and issues;
• Work with leadership to collect headcount forecasts and resolve forecast discrepancies between leadership's numbers and those collected at the group level
• Review and assist with department growth projections;
• Assist with move coordination and facility management teams to review and approve moves, develop migration plans and conduct facility audits;
• Perform tracking and management of agreed space and occupancy data sets within relevant technologies
• Support the development of space solutions by analyzing occupancy, utilization and space data.
• Assist with the Tactical Occupancy Planning duties (e.g. Space Planning & Block and Stack Plans) including preparation of options/recommendations.
• Contribute Strategic planning ideas with other members of the occupancy planning team to resolve campus/building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues.
• Work with FM's and PM's on projects related to moves, space audits, occupancy, vacancy, and change management.
• Collaborate with project and construction teams on large, multi-phase relocations/restacks Data Management / Rent Allocations
  • Manage data quality processes to ensure accuracy of occupancy data
  • Manage space audit process to ensure accuracy of space assignments, space types and architectural layouts
  • Review space plans for accuracy and accordance to building standards
  • Review internal rent allocations
    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
    • Possesses strong analytical skills and the ability to develop conclusions and recommendations
    • Demonstrates proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings, concepts & design
    • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners
    • Experienced in managing projects of varied scope and complexity
    • Strive to maintain accurate space and occupancy data
    • Drive to improve Client awareness by providing trending analysis: new hire, terminations, moves, vacancy, actual vs forecast
    • Demonstrates a working knowledge of various furniture systems
    • Experiencing working with Serraview preferred
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal relationship skills
    • Experience in communicating with all levels of management
    • Pro-actively searches for process improvements
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Able to build strong relationships with internal and external partners to deliver effective services
    • Strong oral, written and presentation skills,
    • Assumes ownership of requests to ensure successful completion, drive results
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
