Mattson is working with an exciting, growing company that is seeking a Director of IoT Quality Assurance




The company is an Alliance of leading technology manufacturers, network operators, retailers, and silicon manufacturers focused on improving the security of connected products. The Director of IoT Quality Assurance will develop, maximize, and a lead day-to-day quality program, review certification submissions to accept/reject, and drive improvements and technological implementation to streamline portal efficiencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Create, maintain, and execute a quality control program for the certification issuance process and platform
  
• Review and implement automated testing solutions that expedite and reduce costs for certification verification testing
  
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members on technical skills and automation initiatives
  
• Collaborate with platform development efforts on the maintenance and design of the certification platform to ensure quality
  
• Create and execute detailed test plans and test scripts based on business and system requirements relating to the certification issuance process
  
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the certification process
  
• Conduct post-implementation testing of self-assert certifications
  
• Attend customer calls to answer technical questions on security standards and test case
  
• Answer sales' technical questions relating to the certification platform
  
• Identify, collaborate on, and track defects, issues, and risk for projects and releases of the certification platform

  • 
    
  • Bachelor' degree
    
  • Six Sigma certificate strongly preferred
    
  • 5+ years quality assurance experience
