Luxion is looking for an experienced Sr. Growth Marketing Manager
to join our Costa Mesa,California office. The ideal candidate is an
energetic self-starter with the ability to manage growth marketing
end-to-end. You will focus on generating demand and revenue all the
way through the funnel for both prospects and current clients.
Who you are: -
- You have been a high performer throughout your career in B2B
demand and revenue generation marketing roles -
- You have built high performing teams from scratch -
- You have a strong ABM background and are able to segment,
strategize and drive campaigns and content that leads to engagement
and conversion -
- You are insights rooted, data reliant and results driven -
- You are experienced in being measured against CAC, LTV:CAC etc.

- You have tagging, tracking and reporting experience across
channels & tech -
- You're able to drive leads and/or revenue from both existing
clients and new business -
- You have a bag of best practices and innovative approaches to
driving revenue -
- You are well versed in Marketing automation and CRM software

- You are rooted in CRO best practices
- You have a growth mindset and you thrive in an autonomous
environment -
- A self-starter who knows how to prioritize and problem solve

- You move seamlessly between strategy and execution -
- You have experience working across teams in a hyper-growth
startup environment -
- You are interested in and have a strong affinity for
progressive technology -
- Experience in high-volume SaaS environment (5+ years),
marketing internationally and paid media are assets -
- ABM experience is required - -What you will be doing: -
- Build, grow and lead demand generation, acquisition and
expansion revenue end to end -
- Using a combination of ABM and demand generation strategies you
will drive a pipeline of qualified leads and nurture them to
conversion -
- Testing and optimizing demand through campaigns, Paid Search,
SEO, Paid Social, Targeting, Retargeting, and Paid Media -
- Continually testing, optimizing and building - Campaigns,
website, landing pages etc. -
- Develop personas and segments to nurture them to conversion
through emails, webinars, content and campaigns -
- Lead scoring and pipeline creation and optimization -
- Working closely with sales and content marketing to create and
optimize content and collateral - -
- Managing integrated campaigns, audience messaging, and spend
accountability -
- Forecast, analyze, measure and report on the impact of
marketing activities on pipeline, revenue, and ROI - - -Must
have's: -
- Strong ABM experience: From prioritizing opportunities to
targeting individuals to creating custom content - you know how to
drive results through ABM -
- Budgeting experience -
- Marketing automation experience -
- Paid media experience -
- CRO experience
- Experience in being measured against CAC, LTV:CAC etc. -
