In addition, for the last five years, we've been named in the100 "World's Most Innovative Companies" by Forbes Magazine.--- You will be responsible for the Release Management lifecycle that involves the stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule and within budget.--- Establish departmental financial and operational goals and objectives. Achieve goals and objectives through subordinate managers and supervisors.--- Provide strategic software integration and testing management for one or more large test teams and multiple complex software development projects simultaneously.--- Lead mission critical testing efforts of utmost importance to the company.--- Plan, staff, review, and organize subordinate supervisor or staff assignments for a department or major group within a department. Provides leadership, coaching, guidance, training and staff development.--- Responsible for staff salary planning, personnel actions, and performance management process.--- Remain aware of internal company environment, competitive environment, and market trends and developments within functional area. Apply knowledge and provides input to senior management to develop policies and procedures that affect departmental operations and may impact other functional areas.--- Provide detailed plans of complex projects and status reports of work in progress and future projections.--- Ensure final products meet department quality and performance standards and are delivered to customers on schedule.--- Champion efficient and effective standards for testing activities and ensures that all employees adhere to the standards for the software development life cycle.--- Participate in project reviews, provides team leadership, technical direction, and assistance to lower level and peer managers.--- May provide consultative support to other teams--- Plan the release of project deliverables and release life cycle.--- Communicate the project-related tasks such as plans, timelines, requirements, etc. between different teams.--- Coordinate the release schedule and resources required--- Identify the risks that can delay the release and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the release is not affected.--- Track the progress and find issues, if any. Always work to improve the process of release.--- Make sure that the release is planned, according to the requirements and budget.--- Schedule the release readiness reviews before deployment and milestone reviews after each release.--- Create plans for the implementation and deployment as per the release schedule.--- Overall, you will be concerned with planning, testing, tracking, release, deployment, communication, and risk management. - 8+ years' experience delivering quality software in a fast-paced environment - 6+ years of prior management experience, with a track record of managing QA and release management teams. - 5+ years of Test automation using Robot framework, Selenium or Cucumber - 3+ years of Performance testing tools like Loadrunner or JMeter - 2+ years of Python programming experience - AWS Cloud Experience required - Working knowledge of Hadoop / Bigdata applications covering HBase, HDFS, Hive, Spark, Kafka - Working knowledge of RESTful Web API framework using Postman - Working knowledge of Agile/scrum product development using JIRA - Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CD/CI) pipelines - Experience in working with DevOps and Agile methodologies - Working knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle - Project management skills with knowledge of presentation - Problem-solving and analytics skills - Team and time management skillsAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Experian is proud to be an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
