We have built our reputation on developing and servicing properties throughout the United States for more than two decades.The Accounting Manager will oversee all the general accounting and manage and assist with financial reporting for the manufactured homes division. This position offers a unique blend of Accounting, Finance, and IT.Annual Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 depending upon experienceWorkplace: This role position must complete an initial in-office onboard training, but then has the opportunity to either continue working in-office or from home.General Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations in accordance with the monthly closing calendar
  • Perform monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting for the division summarizing financial performance and position.
  • Assist with budget to actual variance analysis and forecast updates.
  • Maintain accuracy and develop new processes and controls to promote continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the development and/or modification of financial systems and applications to enhance reporting and information capabilities.
  • Supervise and train direct reports.
  • Position duties and work schedule may change according to business needs at any time or as instructed by management.
    • The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Experience/Education:
      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
      • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience including 2 years of supervisory experience required
      • Public accounting (audit) experience preferred
      • Active CPA license preferredCompetencies

        • Oral Communication - speaks clearly and persuasively; listens and gets clarification when necessary; responds informatively to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.
        • Written Communication - writes clearly and concisely; edits work; varies writing style to meet specific needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.Annual Salary: $105,000-$115,000- Depending upon experience#100#CAHP
