The Human Resources Manager SummaryThe Human Resource Manager will be responsible for working with senior management to establish the people strategic plan aligned with organizational objectives and the effective deployment of HR programs and initiatives. The HR Manager will provide guidance in the areas of staffing, talent management, training and organizational development, employee engagement and communications, compensation, benefits, and employee relations.
This is a single incumbent role. The ideal candidate will be able to manage the daily activities across all disciplines, support management related to the teams' development and work with senior management to develop and then lead the people strategies. -What you will do

  • Partner with stakeholders to identify HR appropriate solutions that ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on the company's objectives, culture, and values.
  • Manage HR disciplines across the employee's life cycle with Stack's Bowers: talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management, benefit, and retirement plans, leave of absence's, workers' compensation claims and unemployment claims, employee relations investigations, and departure.
  • -Foster partnerships with management and key stakeholders and be as a proactive thought-partner; anticipating business cycles, serving as a consultant during periods of change; leveraging business data, metrics, and external market insights to inform decisions.
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters; work with employees and management to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity, and improve retention.
  • Monitor the organization's culture, propose recommendations, and lead initiatives that align with our Core Values.
  • Manage HRIS data and conduct HR analysis (e.g., organization upgrade metrics, turnover, performance ratings, exit interviews, etc.). Translate data into meaningful recommendations for improving productivity, performance, and profitability within assigned organization units.
  • Proactively identify problem areas and propose solutions across the Company's People aspects.
  • Recommend, develop, and implement new HR policies and processes as required to grow the business and ensure compliance with all local, federal, and state regulations.
    Experience and Competencies you will possess
    • 5-10 years of experience within the HR field with 3+ years in leadership roles; preferred experience in top HR leadership role and reporting to CEO, President, Owner.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and influence business leaders with information on suggested action for solving business and people issues.
    • Superior inter-personal, communication and relationship building skills and the ability to work across the organization with employees and leaders at all levels.
    • Prior experience in project management such as transitioning from manual to automated/streamlined processes, initiative design and implementation
    • Demonstrated track record leading, and delivering high quality HR services across all disciplines to all levels of employees
    • Self-starter, adaptable, highly motivated and achievement oriented
    • Has high personal standards and works with a sense of urgency; thrives in a fast-paced environment
    • Spanish speaking, highly preferred
