Job Description:
SUMMARY:The Account Director for digital/interactive will work
closely with clients to develop digital marketing strategies and
direct the execution of online campaigns and platforms. Role is
responsible for client relationship building, quality of service
and delivery of on-time and on-budget completion of projects. Role
is expected to provide thought leadership and collaboration with
discipline leads to develop industry-leading innovations leveraging
AdTech and delivering on automation/personalization objectives.

colleagues.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Thoroughly understand the client's business/brand, competitive
environment, industry trends and overall marketing plans &
goals
- Build trust and maintain relationships with both Senior and Day
to Day clients providing strategic counsel and flawless
execution
- Quickly and effectively resolve client problems/concerns to
ensure client satisfaction
- Drive a holistic data based digital strategy across the full
customer journey
- Provide leadership and drive collaboration within a cross
functional agency environment to deliver an integrated approach and
ensure that digital needs are accounted for
- Partner with strategic planning and creative to meet key client
marketing objectives, push forward insights and ideas, deliver
compelling creative, and maintain high standards
- Leverage WPP capabilities to proactively solve business
challenges
- Design and manage a workflow process including goals,
deliverables, schedules, and budgets with the support from team
members
- Prioritize projects and resources by working across the agency
to ensure that teams are delivering on time and on budget
- Ensure deliverables meet clients' objectives and drives the
business forward
- Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by sharing and
creating best practi Analyze program results, summarize findings,
and recommend program enhancements based on performance insights to
improve effectiveness
- Lead internal and client meetings and presentations; develop
and deliver proposals, decks, agendas and follow up
communications
- Author and deliver POV papers and presentations as a subject
matter expert in the digital advertising space, as such expected to
be well read on digital industry publications and reviews
- Mentorship and growth nurturing for team membersQUALIFICATIONS:
- 9+ years progressive digital marketing experience, preferably
within a client service organization
- Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive category through an
advertising and/or marketing lens
- Thorough knowledge implementing data driven digital strategy
within the automotive category
- Knowledge and experience with media strategy and
implementation
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with
clients, agency partners, other departments/teams to deliver
exceptional work for clients
- Analyzes results, interprets data, and provides insights to
support actionable recommendations
- Strong presentation skills; successfully presents and sells
strategy, new thinking and ideas to clients and colleagues
- Able to communicate clearly, thoroughly, succinctly and in a
timely manner. Responds to comments, suggestions, and criticisms in
a thoughtful and constructive manner
- Function as an enthusiastic, collaborative, and focused team
player
- Strong relationship management sk Experience in leading,
managing, and mentoring teams and providing actionable
feedback
- Should possess good knowledge of the digital advertising
landscape, including but not limited to, technology, privacy
legislation and industry best practices
- Experience working with DCO (Dynamic Content Optimization)
platforms desiredThe base salary for this position at the time of
this posting may range from $100,000 to $230,000. Individual
compensation varies based on job-related factors, including
location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and
