We are in need of a real "go-getter" who can make an immediate impact in our Southern California Property Management division. The main objective of this role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of 250+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in Orange County and Los Angeles County.--In this managerial position, you will oversee our Property Management team and be responsible for the success of our Property Management department. The main objective of this role is to keep our landlords (owners) happy and lead the Property Management Team to do the same. This position requires a quick learner, someone who can take initiative, has impeccable follow-through, and communication skills, and can pose as a leader to their team. This role has the opportunity to help us build out multifamily syndication entities in the coming months.--

Responsibilities:
--- Must be a quick learner with a passion for real estate
--- Previous experience managing teams of 5+
--- Must be able to take accountability and hold a team accountable to maintain client satisfaction
--- Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently
--- Take direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessary
--- Positive attitude and excellent customer service
--- Experience in Property Management a plus
--- Experience working on a team with daily communication

Qualifications:
--- Single Family Residential Experience Preferred
--- Experience with Property Management Software, AppFolio is a huge plus
--- Experience with CRM software, SuiteCRM is a plus
--- California Real Estate License Required
--- Bachelor's Degree preferred
