Role Summary/Purpose:
The Learning Engagement Manager will be responsible for evaluating
provider/client training needs, and developing and delivering a
training plan complete with materials, tutorials, instructions, and
learning resources such as online & in-person modules and guides.
The ideal candidate has strong facilitation skills, experience with
adult learning mythology, needs assessment processes and up-to-date
with Learning and Development best practices and trends. The
Learning Engagement Specialist will also be responsible for
researching and selecting the best platform to deliver and utilize
training materials. This role will report to the VP, Provider
Training Programs.

option to be remote, and work from home, or come into one of our
offices. You may be occasionally requested to commute to our
nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team
meetings, training and culture events.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate virtual and in-person instructor-led, self-paced and
blended training sessions
- Create training strategies and initiatives, assess training
needs and develop relevant content.
- Primary contact for all training and learning needs including
but not limited to new & existing clients, new products, featured
rollouts, refreshers and upskills/cross-skills for assigned clients
and portfolios
- Collaborate with and provide direction to contractors to design
and create training deliverables that meet content and compliance
specifications and provide an engaging and instructive user
interface
- Develop deep domain knowledge of industries, products and
tools, and how they integrate with office workflows to enable the
best solutions for provider training, job aids and operating
guides.
- Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and clients to drive
key strategies related to training, performance, and growth
- Conduct training surveys and interviews to improve provider
training; track and compile collected data
- Consult with other Learning Delivery Facilitator to share best
practices and support training initiatives
- Keep up to date on industry best practices; achieve training
certification as identified
- Support training projects/ initiatives and perform other duties
and/or special projects as assigned
- Coordinate and monitor training schedules, costs, resources,
and equipment
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business, human resources,
information technology or related field. Or in lieu of a Bachelor's
Degree, 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- Should have virtual and classroom facilitation experience in
the last 12 months
- Two (2) years' previous experience as a trainer, training
specialist, or related position
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word,
PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software
- Experience with technologies and best practices for
instructional manuals and teaching platforms
- Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise
multiple projects
- Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of
management
- Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and
schedules
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to analyze problems and strategize for better
solutions
Desired Characteristics:
- Training & Development certification or related credential
- Knowledge with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Proven classroom management and coaching experience
- Demonstrated effectiveness in one-on-one and group
interactions
- Proven experience providing positive and developmental
feedback
Grade/Level: 09
The salary range for this position is 56,000.00 - 112,000.00 USD
Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and
some positions are bonus eligible.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background
investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding
process
- You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of
the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
- New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service
with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles.
Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the
associate will have a minimum 6 months' time in position before
they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or
greater, must have at least 24 months' time in position before they
can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance
expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the
approval of your manager and HR if you don't meet the time in
position or performance expectations).
