Job Title:Treasury Management Advisor DirectorLocation:Costa MesaWhat you'll do:As a Treasury Management Advisor Director, you'll be responsible for defining and implementing the Bank's Treasury Management Sales initiatives and programs. You will lead a team of Treasury Management sales professionals to identify strategies for the expansion of existing business relationships and the delivery of Treasury Management services to new and existing customers.One of your key responsibilities is to build a sustainable, flexible oversight regime that can accommodate our unique sales environment and growth aspirations, including communicating new TM products and services and change management plans for the same.Our Directors are responsible for supporting, developing, and executing the Bank's strategic plan, with a concentrated focus on expanding and building customer relationships with Treasury Management sales.Provides supervision to and directs the activities of their staff; performs supervisory tasks such as performance appraisals, disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates for employment; develops work schedules; provides necessary training and coachingWhat we are looking for:

• Acts as Treasury Management Subject Matter Expert on assigned Subcommittees and/or Working Groups.
• Sets goals for the team to develop independent channels to prospect for new Treasury Management clients and oversees the process to maintain a pipeline of potential targets.
• Joins in to complete calls independently or with appropriate partners on customers and prospects in the assigned territory with a focus on those with extensive, complex, and/or multi-national treasury management requirements.
• Maintains current and comprehensive knowledge of Treasury Management products, services, industry trends, competitive environment, and service issues.
• Uses this knowledge to design customer-centric treasury management solutions, and provide consultative expertise on the liquidity management cycle. Also responsible for providing industry and product training to internal and external audiences including customers, resource groups, and Relationship Managers.
• Represents the Bank in the local and regional Treasury Management communities, and in industry groups.
• Provides timely Treasury Management updates and communications in local leadership meetings.What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Eight-plus years of direct, related experience
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management, and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Advance to expert knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards, and practices.
  • Gross Annual Production
  • $5MM - $10MM (0-10 relationships or customers)
  • Portfolio Under Management
  • $20MM - $75MM (100+ total number of active relationships responsible for)Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $211,000.00 - $261,000.00 for Costa Mesa, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location.
