Job Description:
A company is looking for a Counsel Manager to lead internal
investigations and provide legal counsel on risks related to
antitrust and competition.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sensitive internal investigations regarding regulatory and
governmental interests
Collaborate with stakeholders to manage pre-litigation and active
litigation matters, including overseeing outside counsel
Formulate and implement legal advice based on investigation
findings, particularly concerning antitrust and competition
issues
Required Qualifications
J.D. from a top law school and member in good standing of at least
one state bar
5+ years of legal experience, preferably in-house or at a top-tier
law firm
Experience conducting internal investigations
Knowledge of antitrust and competition issues
Strong aptitude for legal research and policy analysis
