A company is looking for a Manager, Actuarial Analyst - Life
Product Implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor actuarial analysts to achieve departmental
objectives and ensure accurate and efficient tools
Manage team operations, including hiring, performance evaluations,
and project prioritization
Identify opportunities for process automation and lead projects to
enhance departmental efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or
equivalent preferred
Minimum 8-9 years of relevant experience in actuarial concepts and
data analytics, preferably in life insurance or annuities
Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
Strong systems skills, including experience with Visual Basic,
Excel, Access, and macros
Demonstrated effective leadership and motivational skills
