Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Operations Director to lead
virtual accounting services and manage client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of managers and accountants delivering
outsourced accounting services
Build trusted relationships with clients to understand their
business objectives and support their needs
Oversee business operations, including P&L responsibility,
recruitment, and business development initiatives
Required Qualifications
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is
required
CPA or equivalent certification is highly preferred
10+ years of accounting experience with at least 7 years in a
leadership role
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar small business
accounting software is required
