Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales to develop and execute account strategies
for customer and business goals
Understand customer needs and prescribe strategic success plans to
achieve desired outcomes
Monitor product usage and recommend strategies to maximize software
adoption and engagement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Management, or
Technical Account Management
Strong background in mechanical engineering, design, or
manufacturing environments
Proven success in driving customer transformation and revenue
growth
Ability to build partnerships with executives at all levels
Strong data literacy and experience with tools like Salesforce and
Zendesk
