Home Health RN IILocation: Costa Mesa, CAWork Schedule: Full time - 80 Biweekly HoursShift: Pay Per Visit Employee$10,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment - this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment.The Registered Nurse provides infusion services for patients at home based on the orders of a physician or other licensed prescriber. This position assists in the coordination of home health services after patients are referred for service, to assist in the transition from hospital to home care and ensure continuity of care between hospital, clinic setting, SNF, physician's office and home. Responsible for continually re-evaluating the patient's nursing needs.Required Qualifications:

• Completes necessary education to attain RN Licensure in state of California
• 1 year Nursing experience in clinical setting
• Current California RN license.
• Current Driver's license and current automobile liability insurance
• Current basic CPRPreferred Qualifications:
  • IV and Central lines experience.
  • Intravenous infusion experience.
  • Experience with EHR.
