Description Registered Nurse II - Home Health Direct Location: Costa Mesa, CA Work Schedule: Part Time - 32 Biweekly Hours Shift: Pay Per Visit Employee The Registered Nurse provides infusion services for patients at home based on the orders of a physician or other licensed prescriber. This position assists in the coordination of home health services after patients are referred for service, to assist in the transition from hospital to home care and ensure continuity of care between hospital, clinic setting, SNF, physician's office and home. Responsible for continually re-evaluating the patient's nursing needs. Required qualifications:

• Completes necessary education to attain RN Licensure in state of California
• 1 year Nursing experience in clinical setting
• Current California RN license
• Current Driver's license and current automobile liability insurance
• Current basic CPR Preferred qualifications:
  • IV and Central lines experience
  • Intravenous infusion experience
  • Experience with EHR
