Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President, Investment Banking -
Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Lead teams in providing financing and advisory services, including
mentoring Associates and Analysts
Manage financial modeling and valuation analyses while analyzing
financial statements in the Retail & Apparel sector
Develop client relationships and coordinate resources to deliver
solutions and advice
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of investment banking experience
Relevant client interaction and transaction experience in the
Consumer & Retail industry
Demonstrated ability to manage deal teams
Undergraduate Degree in Business or Liberal Arts; MBA preferred
Series 7 license required
