A company is looking for a Care Advocate - Registered Nurse in
New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Educate members about benefits and assist them in optimizing their
family building journey
Onboard new members by capturing demographics and confirming
eligibility
Provide ongoing concierge service and address member inquiries
through various communication channels
Required Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse based in New Jersey
2+ years of experience in a contact center environment, preferably
in healthcare or insurance
Knowledge of the fertility industry and patient procedures is a
plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced
environment
Must be authorized to work in the United States without the need
for sponsorship
