Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to
maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Answer support messages from various channels to ensure excellent
customer satisfaction
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key
stakeholders within customer organizations
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing
issues, concerns, or feedback
Required Qualifications
Experience in the veterinary industry
4+ years of experience in support-related roles
Experience in a fast-paced support environment
Proactive in resolving support requests before escalating to
Engineering
Experience in a startup or small company is a plus
