improve their quality of life. We are currently seeking a skilled
Fill-In Physical Therapist to join our team and support our
patients during therapist absences. Position Overview: We are
looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to fill in on an
as-needed basis when our regular therapists are out for vacation or
illness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
orthopedics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for
patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality physical
therapy services to patients, focusing on orthopedic and sports
medicine conditions. - Conduct thorough assessments and develop
personalized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic interventions
to facilitate recovery and improve mobility. - Maintain accurate
patient records and documentation in compliance with state
regulations. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their
families about treatment plans and exercises. Qualifications: -
Current Physical Therapy license in the state of California. -
Minimum of 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy. -
Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills. - Excellent
communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. - Flexibility to fill in on
