pediatric therapy. Little Land Pediatric Therapy Arcadia is seeking
an enthusiastic and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join
our team. This role involves conducting evaluations and treatment
sessions at our clinic locations. If you are passionate about

dynamic environment, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the physical therapy needs
of pediatric clients. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans based on assessment results and the unique needs of
each child. Provide direct physical therapy services, including
interventions to enhance motor skills, strength, coordination, and
functional mobility. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and
other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care and
effective treatment outcomes. Monitor and document progress towards
therapy goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Educate
families and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies to
support the child’s physical development at home. Participate in
team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education
opportunities to stay current with best practices in pediatric
physical therapy. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
services provided in accordance with regulatory and organizational
standards. Qualifications: Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited program. Current licensure or eligibility for
licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
Experience working with pediatric populations in a clinical
setting. Knowledge of motor development, neurological and
musculoskeletal conditions, and other relevant pediatric therapy
techniques. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
effectively collaborate with children, families, and team members.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.

with research and best practices in pediatric physical therapy.
