Position Summary: All Back-of-House Team Members maintain outstanding customer service in processing orders quickly, accurately and efficiently, safeguard company assets, clean food preparation equipment and work area, and organize, load and unload inventory, and put merchandise away. Prepare food for customers, prep and maintain proper levels of food for shifts. Line Cook tasks may include, ensuring that ingredients are stored properly and maintaining an inventory of food and other items needed for the grill station. In addition to preparing grilled foods, a line cook may also fry, bake, or microwave meat and poultry as part of their duties. They may also cut or carve meat, assemble measure and mix other ingredients for dishes.
