Position SummaryRetail Cloud Solutions Consulting Manager The
Consumer industry is focused on serving the changing consumer, who

sector is experiencing rapid change as the industry adapts to new

experience in cloud engineering and across the RCP value chain to
lead the development and sale of cloud solutions into the U.S.

practice is focused on developing and executing multi-dimensional
cloud strategies that consider the platform, architecture,
security, organizational and financial aspects of adopting cloud
technologies. Work you'll do Our practitioners work collaboratively
within integrated, cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive
strategies that enable cloud and infrastructure transformations for
RCP Industry customers. Teamwork is crucial as teams are composed
of a diverse group of specialists across multiple disciplines from
both within our consulting practice and from our clients, helping
drive towards a successful outcome. Our practitioners are expected
to own and deliver their respective deliverables while managing
different clients and other stakeholders. Qualifications Required
7+ years of relevant consulting or RCP Industry experience, with
proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior RCP
business and technology leaders (up to and including CIO)4+ years
of experience managing multiple and/or large engagements for RCP
Industry customers with more than 10 resources and comfort
presenting to senior customer leadership and executives3+ years of
experience in Cloud solutions (IaaS/PaaS/Big Data and Analytics)
Strategy and Implementation for mid or large size RCP Industry
organizations (this includes private/public Clouds - on AWS, Azure,
Google Cloud Platform, or VMWare)Experience in defining RCP
Industry focused cloud enabled business strategies to gain more
meaningful and actionable business insight/value
propositionExcellent articulation, communication, and strong
interpersonal skillsAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the
work you do and the clients -and -industries/sectors -you serve
Preferred Experience with designing, implementing, or operating IT
systems on leading commercial Cloud platforms, including AWS,
Azure, and GoogleProven ability to successfully lead complex,
multi-thread cloud transformation sales cycles - across solution,
commercial and risk management dimensionsRelevant and experience of
initiating and running multi-year cloud transformation programs and
initiatives for mid to large scale organizations - inclusive of
people, process, and technology changeRelevant experience in
building methods and tools to review clients' technology landscapes
to identify a range of business-valued cloud uses cases and
selecting the preferred public cloud platform for each use
caseAbility and experience leading mid and large-scale organization
in all the following areas: quantifying the business value of
cloud, evaluating the organizational impact of cloud adoption,
defining cloud architectural principles, and articulating key
security considerations for public cloud movesExperience in leading
migration of significant volumes of application and/or data
workloads to public cloudAbility to work with a multi-location
teamExperience with containerization and container orchestration
platformsExperience with modern development and testing techniques
such as continuous delivery and continuous integrationPractical
experience with modern cloud-based operations including experience
leading teams of Site Reliability EngineersExperience in designing
for resiliency in the cloud, including, an understanding of key
application resiliency patternsExperience in reviewing and
optimizing cloud-based usage and spending post initial cloud
deploymentsA background in software development and experience in
configuration management (e.g., Chef, Puppet)Technology
understanding of API management solutions and their role across
enabling an enterprise cloudExperience with cloud relevant
application architectures such as microservices or building cloud
native applicationsProven ability to generate revenue through new

range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors
that are considered in making compensation decisions including but
not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and

geographic differential associated with the location at which the
position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range is $168000 to $294000.You may also be eligible to participate
in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules
governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various
factors, including, without limitation, individual and
