Job Description:
A company is looking for a Geoscience Recruiter to manage
full-cycle recruiting for specialized geophysical talent.
Key Responsibilities
Run full-cycle recruiting to source and close specialized
geophysical talent
Proactively identify and tap into key sources of talent beyond
traditional channels
Advise senior executives on talent strategy and report pipeline
performance to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting for niche technical talent
Demonstrated ability to quickly absorb and synthesize complex
information
Exceptional curiosity and eagerness to learn new concepts and
technologies
A prior career position as a scientist or a degree in science is
strongly preferred
