A company is looking for a Technology Recruiter to join their
team remotely in the Western US.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and place top technology professionals in
suitable roles
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and
clients
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from outreach to offer
negotiation and placement
Required Qualifications
5+ years of technology recruiting experience in a staffing
agency
Proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably Bullhorn
Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and digital
platforms
A proactive, results-driven approach to recruiting
