Overview Excellent Opportunity to Join a Hybrid Private/Academic
Maternal-Fetal Medicine Practice Responsibilities We are seeking an
additional BC/BE Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist to join our
practice in Long Beach, CA. Full-service hospital and office based
practice. Services provided include deliveries, prenatal diagnostic
procedures including ultrasounds, amniocentesis, CVS and fetal
echocardiography. Office staff includes sonographers and genetic
counselors. MemorialCare Long Beach Medical Center is a Level II
Trauma Center. Affiliated group of Ob-Hospitalists and
Neonatologists. Level IV NICU with full pediatric medical and
surgical subspecialty support including a pediatric cardiovascular
program. Ob-Gyn residents and Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellows from
our affiliated program with with the University of California
Irvine. About the Area Known as the ?Waterfront Center of Southern
California,? Long Beach is located about 25 miles south of downtown
Los Angeles bordering the northern edge of Orange County. The area
enjoys a lovely Mediterranean climate with an average of 333 sunny
days per year. There are 5.5 miles of breathtaking waterfront to
enjoy by bicycle or foot. A variety of established residential
neighborhoods to fit every income bracket and style is available.
Qualifications BC/BE Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist Benefits
and Compensation Regular full-time is classified as team members
who are consistently scheduled and work 30 hours or more on a
weekly basis. Regular full-time team members are eligible for the

minimum of 20 hours per week for five consecutive months during the
year. Paid Sick Leave : Eligible full-time team members will
receive a lump-sum grant of 40 hours or five days, whichever is
more beneficial to the team member, of paid sick leave each year on
January 1. A newly hired full-time team member will receive a
prorated lump-sum grant after working for 90 days. A lumpsum grant
will then be provided on January 1 in each subsequent year as long
as the team member remains eligible. Unused sick leave granted
under this policy does not carry over from one year to the
following year. NOTE: The Company will not pay team members for
unused sick leave upon termination of employment. Method of
