Job Description:
As a Sr. Account Manager, Security Software here at Honeywell,
you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in
the security software market. With your extensive experience in
account management and sales, you will be responsible for managing
strategic accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong
customer relationships. Your ability to identify new business
opportunities, provide tailored solutions, and collaborate with
cross-functional teams will contribute to the company's growth,
customer satisfaction, and market leadership.You will report
directly to our Sales Director and you'll work out of a California,
Colorado, or Texas location on a remote work schedule.In this role,
you will impact the company by:- Managing and growing a portfolio
of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for
customer relationships- Developing and executing strategic account
plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets- Building
and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders,
understanding their business needs and providing tailored
solutions- Identifying new business opportunities within existing
accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver
value-added solutions- Leading contract negotiations and ensuring
customer satisfaction through effective account management-
Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer
feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous

MUST HAVE--- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in account
management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key
accounts and driving revenue growth--- Strong communication and
negotiation skills--- Ability to build and maintain strong
relationships with customers and internal stakeholders--- Strategic
thinking and problem-solving abilities--- Excellent organizational
and time management skills--- Proficient in CRM software and
