improving the many systems and internal technologies that enable
Anduril to accomplish its mission. Anduril's supply chain,
accounting, sales & growth, field maintenance, manufacturing, and
many more teams rely on the technology built and maintained by us.
We work across the company to ensure we have the tools and
capabilities necessary for mission success.We are seeking a highly
skilled Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team that will
lead and oversee the integration of Oracle Fusion ERP with various
boundary software systems (3rd-party and internal tools). The ideal
candidate will have a strong background in project management,
extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, and experience with
system integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional
business and tech teams spanning engineering, supply chain,
operations, manufacturing, accounting, finance, and more to
understand the business necessity driving the integration(s), and
ensure our systems are aligned with the company's goals and
objectives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead integration work-stream between Oracle Fusion ERP and
boundary systems (3rd-party and internal tools), ensuring alignment
with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and
RAID logs for integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to
gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations
throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product managers,
developers (internal/external), business analysts, and subject
matter experts to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, documenting and resolving
issues as they arise.
- Oversee the design, development, unit/integration testing, and
implementation of integration solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations
throughout the integration plan.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors
involved in integration projects.
- Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders
on project progress, milestones, and key performance
indicators.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer, documentation, and
functional/technical training of integration processes and best

what is best for the enterprise.Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in technical project management,
preferably in ERP solutions at manufacturing companies.
- Excellent Communication Skills - Capable of communicating
across a broad range of functions and within several levels in the
organization.
- Business acumen - Have a strong understanding of key ERP
workflows, including Order to Cash, Design to Build, Procure to
Pay, Project to Close, and Record to Report.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities - must be able to formulate
recommendations and strategies using fact-based analysis and proven
methodologies, such as systems thinking, five whys, decision trees,
etc.
- Expertise with Oracle Fusion ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud
(OIC) and 3rd-party applications.
- Expertise with integration technologies and methodologies
(e.g., APIs, web services, ETL).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access
export-controlled data.
- Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up
to 25-50% to visit other sites.This role requires a detail-oriented
individual with strong technical acumen and the ability to bridge
the gap between technical and business stakeholders. The successful
candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our Oracle Fusion
ERP ecosystem and driving operational efficiency across the
organization.US Salary Range: $150,000 - $225,000 USDThe salary
range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of
compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary
offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience,
education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business
considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in
the majority of full-time offers; and are considered part of
