Job Description:

A company is looking for a Jr Software Solutions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Support all stages of the software solution lifecycle, including discovery, prototyping, iterations, upgrades, maintenance, and end-of-life planning
Act as a subject matter expert for the software solution and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify user needs and develop new features
Monitor product performance and assist in communicating software positioning and customer value across various teams

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Software Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
2+ years in software or technology product management, preferably in customer-focused or healthcare environments
Experience working in Agile environments using modern product management methodologies
Familiarity with software development processes and UX collaboration
Proven ability to gather insights directly from end users and identify operational pain points
