What You’ll Do : Define, create, architect and build high-quality systems Collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams Identify & evangelize new technologies , patterns, solutions, and best practices Contribute new ideas to a larger community of high-caliber engineers Self-healing infrastructure-as-code, and automate everything Security is embedded in our DNA Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ of related work experience Smart, self-driven with a keen focus on and track record of exceptional delivery of innovative solutions System management languages ( e.g. Chef, Terraform) Leverages AI-assisted tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, and problem-solving efficiency. Multiple scripting languages in your toolbox ( e.g. Python, GO, PERL, Ruby) Emerging containerization ( e.g. Docker, Amazon EKS, Kubernetes) Skilled in Cloud/PaaS Environments ( e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Compute) Thorough knowledge of continuous integration tools ( e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI) UNIX/Linux administration, troubleshooting, performance tuning, & security Passionate about ways to exploit technology and constantly learning Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Embodies a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering culture with continuous delivery, cloud, and fully automated infrastructure as code Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Burbank, CA is $141,900.00 to $190,300.00 per year and in Glendale, CA is $141,900.00 to $190,300.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
