Job Description:
Our Costa Mesa office is seeking attorneys with a minimum of
three years' defense litigation experience to join our dynamic and
expanding office. We have openings in several practice areas
including general liability, professional liability, construction
and medical malpractice. We believe in a work life balance and
therefore our attorneys are only required to bill 1,950 hours. For
those choosing to exceed 1,950 hours, we offer a generous bonus
structure.
Candidates must have credentials from an ABA approved law school,
be actively licensed by the California State Bar, and have
excellent writing skills. Duties include but are not limited to
independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end,
communicating with clients and providing timely reporting,
appearing at depositions and various court appearances and working
closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters.
