Job Description:
OverviewSheppard Mullin's Orange County Real Estate team seeks a
partnership track associate with 2-5 years of transactional real
estate experience. The ideal candidate will have significant
knowledge of purchase and sale, borrower side financing and joint
venture transactions. Only candidates with a robust experience in a
real estate practice will be considered at this time, preferably
those from an established Big Law envinronment. The desire and
ability to work with other team members and clients and "take
ownership" of projects, is essential. Top academic credentials, a
proactive outlook and outstanding analytical and time management
skills are required. Associates already admitted to practice in
California are preferred. Qualified candidates should be be based
