As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for representing our clients in court, conducting trials, and presenting compelling arguments to judges and juries. You will also be responsible for all aspects of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, and appeals.Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and prepare for trial
• Conduct discovery, including depositions, document requests, and interrogatories
• Present compelling arguments to judges and juries
• Manage cases from start to finish, including appeals
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and staff to provide excellent legal services to our clientsQualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the bar in the state where the position is located
  • 3+ years of experience as a trial attorney, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong litigation skills, including trial experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
